What Insia does

Understand the Broker Workspace, the App and how to get started.

Find clear answers about who Insia is for, what each part does, what is available today and the best next step for you.

What does Insia do for a brokerage?

Insia configures Zoho CRM to coordinate client relationships, conversations, tasks and renewal workflows; Quote Desk prepares new-business and renewal quote cases; Compliance Case Manager builds the evidence file while work happens. Insia Intelligence supports applicable Insia workflows and is not represented as a standard Zoho feature.

Who is the Broker Workspace for?

It is for broker principals, operations leaders, working brokers and compliance reviewers who need a clearer way to coordinate client work, prepare quotes and keep evidence reviewable. Insia is software and does not replace the brokerage's regulated responsibilities.

What can a broker evaluate today?

Zoho CRM implementation consultations are available through Insia. Quote Desk is a selected private pilot. Compliance Case Manager is in development and private pilot. Insia Intelligence is an embedded Insia capability rather than a separate generally available product.

Does requesting a demo create a Broker Workspace account?

No. A demo request records your request for a product conversation. It does not create a production workspace, turn on product capabilities or subscribe you to unrelated marketing by default.

How does Quote Desk handle new business and renewals?

For new business, it brings together the fact-find, evidence, gaps, market strategy, captured quotes, comparison and proposal draft. For renewal, it starts from the prior policy and renewal material, records changed facts and prepares renewal and alternative comparisons. The broker verifies, decides and approves throughout.

What does Compliance Case Manager produce?

It can collect email and document evidence, organise it against requirements, surface missing or awaiting items, record human decisions and produce a timestamped evidence pack. The output remains a Draft Readiness Preview; Insia does not certify compliance.

Does Quote Desk submit to insurers or bind cover?

No. Quote Desk is presented as a broker-controlled preparation, comparison and review workspace. It does not submit, bind, accept, pay, recommend or execute insurer actions.

What does Insia Intelligence do?

It extracts, organises, surfaces gaps and drafts inside applicable Insia quote and compliance workflows and may support approved configured CRM work. It keeps source and uncertainty visible. People retain verification, market selection, recommendations, compliance decisions and external-action authority.

Can Insia connect with the systems a brokerage already uses?

Insia configures Zoho CRM as the operational relationship layer for an agreed brokerage scope. HighLevel remains limited to Insia marketing and optional appointment scheduling. Broking systems keep their policy-administration role, and specific connections are assessed as part of each implementation.

Can I download the Insia App now?

The Insia App is ready to deploy, but Insia does not claim public App Store availability until a verified listing exists. You can join App updates to hear about the release without creating an account.

What does joining App updates do?

It records your consent and email for App release updates. It does not create an App account, promise a release date, collect broker-demo details or share insurance records.

Is the online client portal a different Insia product?

No. The online client portal is the browser companion to the Insia App for the same policyholder experience. The App and online companion are presented together as one principal product.

How does broker sharing fit the policyholder experience?

The product is designed around permissioned sharing for an approved relationship and purpose. The relevant scope, source records and review state should remain visible rather than turning access into an assumed entitlement.

What is Insia?

Insia is a software and implementation practice with two public journeys: broker teams can discuss Zoho CRM configuration and Insia workflow capabilities, while policyholders can follow the Insia App. Quote Desk, Compliance Case Manager and Intelligence are Insia capabilities available at different stages.

Where can I review Insia security and data practices?

The Security and Trust Centre explains how current controls apply and any limits that matter. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and the choices available to you.

Is Insia an insurer, broker or adviser?

No. Insia is software. It is not an insurer, insurance broker, authorised representative, financial adviser, legal adviser, claims handler or underwriting service.

Where do existing users sign in?

Existing users can use the Sign in link in the site header and footer. Product interest, demo and pilot forms are separate journeys and do not replace an existing account sign-in.

Choose by role

Broker teams can explore the workspace. Policyholders can follow the App.
